Originally from Venezuela, Jessica focuses on generating practical solutions to challenges hindering sustainable development in and out of the classroom through an interdisciplinary and multicultural lens. Jessica brings knowledge attained through an M.Sc. degree in Environmental Policy from Bard College and is currently serving as a Peace Corps Fellow at Teachers College, Columbia University. With a strong focus on self-empowerment tools, she brings knowledge from the fields of gender equality, environmental sustainability and financial inclusion to inform and reshape program and curriculum development within the educational sphere.
